For Domian purchase: WE ONLY ACCEPT THE REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED.
For server host purchase: We accept the refund within 30 calendar days.
For website design: We will communicate all details with customers before designing the website. If the customer is not satisfied with all the communication, we can refund before the website is implemented. Once the website enters the site building process, no refund will be given.
We will offer one minor modicication for free within 15 calendar days.
Graphic design: No refunds will be given after the design is delivered. But we can provide one minor modification for free within 15 calendar days.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Refund Policy
We will not accept the customized design products for returning , including, but not limited to these, personal name and portrait design. The right to interpret belongs to E-Marketing Solution.
The renewal fee for the domain name and server host is non-refundable. More importantly, if the domain name and host renewal fee cannot be paid on time, the website will be unusable. The most serious situcation is that the domain name used by the company will be purchased by other companies and cannot be redeemed.
